You must send back and postmark your return packages within\u00a03<strong>0 days<\/strong>after the purchase date. No returns made after\u00a0<strong>30 days<\/strong>from the purchase date will be accepted.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Shipping Fee<\/strong>: The product arrive damaged, different, or not working, Plushshop.com will offer the return&amp;exchange shipping fee. Upon approval, the return address will be emailed to you.
